Paralegal

Highly respected, rapidly growing NKY law firm seeking a full-time Paralegal, with experience in Domestic/Family Law, Personal Injury and/or General Business Law. Ziegler & Schneider is a full-service law firm that skillfully handles the legal needs of individuals, businesses, and government organizations in Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area. We are dedicated to protecting the interests of our clients and to crafting innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs. Our office is conveniently located on Buttermilk Pike in Crescent Springs, KY.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, documents, and other correspondence.
• Prepare and draft all documents relating to Formation & Maintenance of business entities
• Prepare and draft all documents pertaining to Personal Injury cases
• Conduct all relevant legal research
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics etc.)

Skills

• 1-3 years relevant work experience
• Work experience as a paralegal in the above specialty areas preferred but not required
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Extensive computer and database expertise
• Paralegal Associates Degree or other relevant certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with document review and management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
