What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Implant Technician, All-on-X position at Ziemek Dental Laboratory Inc?
Ziemek Dental Laboratory is a growing, best in class digital dental laboratory with over 30 years of industry experience. We have an immediate opportunity for a Dental Lab Technician with All-on-X experience to join our Implant Department.
This role will be responsible for the design, fabrication, alteration, and repair of AOX dental implant restorations, as well as facilitating consultation meetings with clinicians, and troubleshooting and suggesting alternative restoration possibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ dental lab experience with implant technology, including experience with All-on-X restorations.
- Familiarity with parts needed on an implant case, knowledge of tooth anatomy and ability to recognize anomalies with a case (bite, clearance, contacts, distortion)
- Experience in treatment-planning restorative cases with clinicians, tailoring the best possible restorative option to the specific patient needs.
- Basic understanding of CAD (anterior and posterior design), including intraoral indicators and underlying anatomy structure.
- Excellent attention to detail, verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Pay Range: $25 - $45/hour, DOE
