A Service Lot Attendant is responsible for retrieving and parking service vehicles, maintaining rental fleet cleanliness and organization. Their duties also include keeping track of vehicle locations on the service lot, cleaning rental cars as necessary, and ensuring a tidy service lot.
Responsibilities
- Customer service; be attentive to our customers and help/direct as needed
- Keep service drive clean and free of trash & leaked fluids (oil, coolant, water)
- Keep service lots neat and orderly
- Retrieve fuel for service vehicles and jump start vehicles as needed
- Stage rental vehicles for customers in service drive
- Perform other duties as assigned by management team, cashiers & service advisors
Qualifications
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Team player
- Eagerness to improve
