Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
Zifo is hiring! We are looking for a LabWare Analyst to join our team in Toronto, Canada. This person will be responsible to assist in the design, configuration, deployment, validation, and support of LabWare solutions.
*This position requires on-site presence at the client site(s) in the Toronto, ON, area*
**This position is not eligible for relocation assistance**
Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Provide Implementation Services to our clients using LabWare Solutions and products. This may include:
- Business analysis, and Gap Fit workshops
- Configuration, unit testing and validation
- Enhancements and upgrades
- Integrate LabWare with external applications and instruments
- Work with Zifo s Service Delivery Managers and Senior management
- Develop and maintain superior LabWare product knowledge
- Conduct code reviews and provide configuration guidelines
- Participate in the on-going improvement of the products and services
- Comply with our QA system and Consultant Certification program
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Biomechanical engineering, Biochemistry, or another Life Science discipline
- 2-3 years experience in a lab setting as a technical analyst or related role
- Hands on technical experience with configuration and customization of LabWare v7 and v8
- Experience interfacing with customers, gathering requirements, explaining solution approaches, etc.
- Experience with database and reporting concepts
- Experience with integrating LabWare with instruments and enterprise systems (e.g. ERP)
- Experience in working in a GxP environment, preferably in life sciences industry
- Experience in documentation and validation of LIMS applications (e.g. requirement specs, technical specs, IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Experience in SDLC processes including waterfall and agile setups
- Experience in working with onsite and remote teams and coordination
