Cabinet / Flooring Salesperson Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet with clients to establish relationships
- Secure clear understanding of clients wants and needs that pertain to their project
- Help clients navigate a large selection of cabinets, counter-tops, tile, flooring etc.
- Provide accurate measurements and drawings of their project
- Use 20/20 technologies to design and create a rendering of project
- Properly estimate material requirements and appropriate costs
- Create proposals, explain terms and conditions, write/deliver/sign contracts
- Coordinate orders, project timelines, and follow up with clients
- Maintain relationships and communication with vendors
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, product lines, technology
- Engage in selling flooring products and services to achieve the client's desired outcome
- Help facilitate product knowledge and installation techniques
Cabinet / Flooring Sales Qualifications:
- Experience creating Kitchen and Bath designs preferred
- Previous inside sales, service, support experience helpful
- Experience with ordering cabinets from manufacturers
- Must have knowledge of industry related programs including 20/20 and Microsoft Office
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Must be organized, self-starter who thinks independently
- Knowledge of effective sales methods and techniques
- Strong math, reading, writing and communication skills
- High degree of creativity and effective problem-solving skills
