Duties
- Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers and staff across various locations to enhance productivity and engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and community partners to promote the brand and drive customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide support, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional initiatives with overall corporate strategy.
- Prepare reports on regional performance for senior management review, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to build effective teams.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Able to speak in mandarin is a required.
