As an Event Producer, you are ½ of a power-house team, delivering personal customer service experiences with your Event Designer.

As an Event Producer, you are ½ of a power-house team, delivering personal customer service experiences with your Event Designer.
Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)
- Fostering a healthy working environment based on mutual respect and camaraderie.
- Receiving leads via phone, email, in-person, and referrals; following lead management procedures.
- Detailing final contracts, ensuring accuracy for execution, providing a final invoice, floor plan, and contract.
- Creating proposals and enter contracts to assist the partnered Event Designer in closing new business.
- Providing accurate and timely information to clients, vendors, management, and planners.
- 3 years of sales and customer service experience.
- Hospitality or related field experience.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid analytical skills for revenue generation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Capable of interacting with teleconferencing and social media platforms.
- Although primarily a Monday-Friday work-week, must be flexible to accommodate hours that may include some evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated dependability.
- Valid driver's license and access to insured transportation.
- Be a resource for clients on packages and venue details.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer phones and assist callers.
- Conduct venue tours, both in-person and virtual.
- Reconcile event contracts, review event analysis reports, and solicit customer reviews.
- Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Complete assigned office paperwork and responsibilities.
- Build relationships with all Zilli Hospitality Group departments.
