Zilliant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Business Development to join our team. As a Manager of Business Development, you will lead a global team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our organization. Your primary goal will be to expand our customer base and increase market share by creating and implementing effective business development strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive BDR strategy aligned with corporate V2MOM to drive pipeline generation, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Lead with Vision: Build and scale a high-performing BDR organization by setting strategic priorities, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Implement data-driven approaches to optimize team capacity, sequence planning, and outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with Sales and Marketing objectives.
- Own Performance Insights & Reporting: Analyze weekly, quarterly, and annual KPIs to assess team performance, identify trends, and present actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Leverage Technology for Scale: Maximize the impact of tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to enhance prospecting, improve efficiency, and refine engagement strategies.
- Enhance Targeting & Market Penetration: Ensure the BDR team is focused on high-value target accounts, leveraging market intelligence and ABM principles to prioritize outreach efforts that yield high-converting opportunities.
- Optimize Talent Development & Coaching: Implement advanced training programs, mentorship initiatives, and performance frameworks to continuously develop BDR skills, drive career progression, and elevate team effectiveness.
- Align Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine processes, enhance lead conversion rates, and ensure seamless handoffs between teams.
- Innovate & Scale: Identify and implement new strategies to enhance pipeline creation, optimize conversion metrics, and expand market presence, positioning the BDR function as a key revenue driver.

- A problem solver with the ability to make proactive and data-driven decisions independently.
- An excellent communicator with successful presentation skills, the ability to build rapport, and negotiate effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other business development tools (Outreach and Zoominfo). Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
