What are the responsibilities and job description for the Java Full stack developer position at Zillion Technologies, Inc.?
- Experience with Java ver.17 and Angular ver.10 are required for this role.
- Experience with ANY test automation tool is required for this role. The Client uses Cypress.
- Experience with on prem (enterprise) and cloud (AWS) are required for this role.
- Back end vs Front end: 80/20
- Experience in LDAP, Ping, Apigee etc. are highly preferred. The candidate needs to know how to use these tools.
- Experience in accounting systems is highly preferred. The tool the Client is developing is an accounting systems application.
- AWS certifications are nice to have.
Must Have Qualifications: 8 Design and Development of Applications and Web Services using Java, JSON/XML, Tomcat/WebLogic. Strong Hands-on knowledge on Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, Rest API, Kubernetes, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Jira, and Bitbucket.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills were acquired.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Design and Development of Applications and Web Services using Java, JSON/XML, Tomcat/WebLogic.
- Strong and extensive knowledge on Spring-Boot, Spring ORM, Spring Integration Technologies.
- 5 year of presentation frameworks experience - Angular or NodeJS similar frameworks, and jQuery.
- 5 years of experience on PostgreSQL Databases, SQL Server query and performance tuning.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in Micro-services architecture and Docker Containers Platforms using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- 3 years of integration experience using Web Services / REST.
- 3 years of experience in code delivery pipelines and adept in building Build and Deployment tools using - ANT, Unix Shell script, Maven, Gradle, ANSIBLE and Jenkins.
- Minimum of 2 years of Test automation experience leveraging Cucumber and/or Cypress.
- Proven ability to use Kanban/Agile delivery practices to improve teams, quality, and reliability. Knowledge or experience in Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- AWS Cloud Platform experience.
