Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Standard business hours
Job Description:
Oracle HCM and leave management experience.
- Respond to leave questions from employees on subjects ranging from annual leave, sick leave, FMLA, personal leave, etc.
- Correct leave accruals or balances as they arise
- Act as leave liaison for the Shared Services team with the Center of Excellence, Payroll, and Disability Pay teams to ensure world class service
- Assist with leave donation cases
- Assist with calculating, tracking, and setting up arrears
