Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-functional Consultant
Duration: Long Term Ongoing Project with NO end Date
Location : Remote & Onsite Twice A week - Vienna, VA
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud and expertise in the HCM Benefits Module to join our dynamic team. This role requires both technical and functional expertise, with the ability to gather requirements and successfully implement solutions for the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to the HCM Benefits Module.
- Implement and configure solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Provide techno-functional expertise to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Support the integration of the HCM Benefits Module with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the HCM system.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, especially the Benefits Module.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.
- Solid techno-functional expertise, with a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects of Oracle HCM systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
