Portfolio Analyst
Duration: LONG TERM ONGOING WITH NO END DATE

Direct Banking Client
Hybrid schedule in Vienna office (2 day a week in the office // 3 days remote)
Responsibilities
• Support overall portfolio management processes within the APMO
• Assist in the analysis, discovery and reporting of project portfolios
• Collaborate with business, cross-functional teams to ensure portfolio alignment with strategic objectives
• Manage and maintain portfolio data in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Support the APMO team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
• Perform portfolio segmentation analysis to categorize and prioritize projects
• Develop and track portfolio metrics to assess performance and strategic alignment
• Prepare comprehensive portfolio reports for executive stakeholders
• Develop Lean Business Cases based on discovery
Required Skills
• Proficiency in product and portfolio analysis
• Expertise in portfolio segmentation and metrics analysis
• Strong experience in creating executive-level reports and presentations
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for portfolio management, metrics, dashboards
• Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI
• Advanced analytical skills, with a focus on data interpretation and insights
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively to various stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and product management practices
• Knowledge and experience in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
Desired Skills
• Knowledge of SAFe Scaled Agile
• Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) certification
