Job Title : Front End Web Developer Senior
Location : Onsite (Hybrid) in McLean, VA on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Job Description :
Must Have Qualifications : HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Preferred : PHP.
Experience in PHP and Oracle CMS is highly preferred.
Candidates' portfolio in front end design is preferred.

Our Impact
Our team is responsible for supporting the Single-Family Seller / Servicer Guide. That includes CMS upkeep, coding documents into HTML, and improving the overall usability of the Guide.
We work with government mandated and time-specific announcements.
We evaluate and implement innovative new processes and technology to modernize the information displayed on the Guide.
Your Impact
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Guide team and will be expected to :
Work closely with digital strategy to understand the current and intended future state of the Guide.
Learn the ins and outs of our CMS and how we manage content.
Occasionally assist with executing HTML / CSS coding assignments.
Execute coding assignments in conjunction with other resources.
Collaborate with the team to test new development releases.
Provide ideas and innovative ways to transform and improve processes and user experience on the Guide.
Qualifications
College Degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of related experience.
Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and resolve conflicts.
Solid verbal and written skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and work with staff at all levels and across divisions.
