We're hiring a hands-on, motivated Operations & Production Associate at our Bristol facility. If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.
In this role, you'll work with a wide range of tools—from hand drills to presses—and take on a variety of tasks, including assembly, machining, installation, and more. It's a job that rewards versatility and a can-do attitude.
You'll be involved in nearly every aspect of our product—small sailboats—from receiving and inspecting components, to packing and preparing boats for delivery, to performing light assembly work. This is a physical, team-based position where no one is left to go it alone. Attention to detail is essential, as our mission is to deliver boats to customers in pristine, ready-to-sail condition.
Work is Monday through Friday. Success here isn’t just about individual effort—it’s about collaboration, shared responsibility, and pride in what we build together.

Job Responsibilities
- Operating tools and machinery.
- Building out parts assemblies.
- Inspecting and packaging boats for shipment.
- Loading & unloading trucks and ocean containers.
- Lifting, moving, and loading boats – ability to lift 75 pounds.
Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, a problem solver.
- Willingness to work hard in a physical job.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
