You will play a major role in how our customers feel about their experience at our dealership. We are known for providing outstanding customer service and are looking for someone who shares our passion for helping others. As the last person a customer interacts with, you have the opportunity to help us earn customers for life by leaving a positive lasting impression.
This position is hiring for a part time employee
Part time hours would alternate from 7 : 00am - 1 : 00pm and 1 : 00pm - 7 : 00pm Monday - Friday with one rotating Saturday shift per month.
What You Will Do
Smile, greet and thank customers and assist them with any needs
Build positive relationships with customers
Handle customer complaints with poise
Answer phones
Review / process customer repair orders
Process payments from customers quickly and accurately
