Sales Assistant

• Manage inventory
• Organizing and maintaining new and used car inventory
• Assisting with picking up and dropping off vehicles
• Assist Sales Manager with various administrative duties
• Checking in New Vehicles
• Keep inventory retail-ready
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Technology Expert

• Help the customer from start to finish in the delivery of their new Buick/GMC
• Educate customers on how to operate their newly purchased vehicles
• Educate customers on warranty information and trial information
• Setup new customers with Onstar Connected Services
• Assist current and past sales and service customers with their technology needs
• Help service advisors diagnose technology problems
• Help sales consultants with any technology related questions
• Lead sales team in technology discovery and learning
