- Help the customer from start to finish in the delivery of their new Honda
- Educate customers on how to operate their newly purchased vehicles
- Educate customers on warranty information and trial information
- Setup new customers with Hondalink application
- Assist current and past sales and service customers with their technology needs
- Help Service Advisors diagnose technology problems
- Help Sales Consultants with any technology related questions
- Lead the sales team in technology discovery and learning
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while explaining technical features
Inventory Specialist
- Manage showroom inventory
- Organizing and maintaining new car inventory
- Assisting with picking up and dropping off vehicles
- Welcoming customers into the dealership
- Assist Sales Manager with inventory control
- Checking in new Hondas
- Other duties as needed
