What You Will Do
• Greet customers on the lot, over the phone and guide them into the sales process
• Help customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Promote accessories and the right finance products to meet customer’s needs
• Complete sales contracts, deliver vehicles and follow-up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in manufacturer education and training programs
• Sell both new and used
Requirements
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate the company’s Core Values every day

• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Self-driven, highly motivated with a high energy, winning attitude
Preferred
• Experience using CRM software and data mining tools
