Duties and responsibilities
- Demonstrating a passion for Zimbrick products and features as well as a good understanding of technology using ongoing training via online and in-person.
- Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers and fellow co-workers.
- Greeting, welcoming, directing clients to the appropriate parties, answering incoming service calls, setting guest appointments, writing repair orders, tracking work flow, selling additional repairs if needed, active delivery and customer follow up.
