- Own and execute a strategic sales plan targeting a defined list of large agribusiness companies, focusing on enterprise-level agreements.
- Individually manage a complex sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging C-level executives, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Use a consultative, solution-selling approach to clearly articulate the ROI and value proposition of Monarch’s autonomous electric tractors.
- Leverage the MEDDICC framework to qualify opportunities, build business cases, and drive deals to successful closure.
- Achieve and exceed quota by identifying, developing, and winning strategic enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to align sales efforts with company strategy.
- Proven track record as a quota-carrying enterprise sales professional, successfully closing complex, high-value deals.
- Experience working named accounts or account-based sales (ABS) strategies in B2B enterprise technology, equipment, or SaaS industries.
- Strong preference for candidates with MEDDICC sales methodology experience.
- Experience selling to large, multi-stakeholder organizations (experience in agriculture is a plus but not required).
- Ability to navigate and close long sales cycles, build champions within organizations, and drive urgency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both executive decision-makers and operational teams.
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as needed.
More practical skills needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Experience creating custom rate cards and enterprise-level agreements is strongly preferred

Salary is between $115k to $150k base Commission
