Job Description:
The Sales Operations Manager at Monarch Tractor will play a critical role in managing a group of sales admin/coordinator and pre-deployment support personnel, while also working to enhance and streamline our sales processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive results and efficiency across our sales teams.
- Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, automation, and usability to support the sales team and broader GTM strategy.
- Develop and own key GTM metrics, providing visibility into sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and revenue trends across hardware, software, and licensing.
- Partner closely with the CRO and executive leadership to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Lead sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue tracking to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement efficient sales processes and procedures for direct sales, dealer channels, and enterprise accounts, continuously refining them to maximize productivity.
- Research and analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Oversee and mentor a team of sales admin/coordinators and pre-deployment support personnel, ensuring seamless order processing, deployment readiness, and sales team efficiency.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technology tools, including automation, reporting dashboards, and integrations to improve sales execution.
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize the entire revenue funnel, from lead generation to customer expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure GTM alignment and a seamless customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within a B2B technology, hardware, or OEM environment.
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM, including workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Experience managing sales processes across multiple revenue streams (hardware, software, licensing, or channel sales).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring operational teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in agricultural technology, industrial equipment, or OEM sales operations is a plus but not required.
This position is an on-site role at our facilities in Livermore, CA.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $130,000 DOE
