Job Overview:
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will ensure the accuracy and fulfillment of office inventories critical to surgical procedures. This role requires a high level of organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage customer demands and deadlines. You will also partner closely with the Inventory Coordinator to maintain product flow, resolve discrepancies, and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Inventory Management Duties:
- Ensure 100% accuracy of all office inventories, including implant totes, instruments, and loose inventory.
- Track implant expiration daily and proactively return expiring implants to corporate. Request replacement implants as needed.
- Restock, create, and rebuild implant totes daily to ensure maximum capacity for surgical procedures.
- Manage loose inventory and return unnecessary items to maintain organized restock shelves.
Reporting & Coordination Tasks:
- Conduct daily cycle counts of office instruments and implant totes, reconciling discrepancies and updating bin maps.
- Evaluate and fulfill nationwide product requests.
- Run stock-on-loan reports, collaborate with the sales team, and ensure stock-on-loan implants are returned.
- Partner with the Inventory Coordinator to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure seamless operations.

Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM EST

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour
