What You Will Do

Job Summary
Prepare, schedule and deliver/retrieve inventory in a timely manner
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Arrange surgical instruments and implants for transport from office
• Arrange inventory sets at hospitals and surgery centers
• Read maps, optimize and prioritize travel routes to various destinations
• Operate small to mid-size vehicles in order to deliver medical supplies
• Load, unload, and stack containers, surgical kits, materials, and/or products
• Maintain detailed records and reports
• Plan and organize work several days in advance
• Maintain transportation cleanliness, organization, and maintenance
• Address customer concerns and communicate professionally to clients
• Work within the surgery schedule (SMS) app to review lists of delivery and pick-ups
• Implement and support quality initiatives throughout the distributorship
• Communicate clearly and work closely with team members to maximize efficiency

What You Need

• Must be permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. citizen
• Strong interest in working in the medical device/orthopedic industry
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
