- Attain sales goals and objectives through a sales plan in your assigned area.
- Drive sales growth through communication and in-person interactions with current and prospective customers regarding Zimmer Biomet products.
How You'll Create Impact
- Built strong relationships with key surgeons in your area while covering orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
- Built and implemented a sales plan for your assigned area, managed and tracked customer sales activity, achieved sales targets, reported on sales progress and competitor and customer activities to your sales leader, and utilized the surgery management system to ensure flawless execution of product delivery to the customer.
- Planned, coordinated, and executed local educational and sales events to augment the business and help deliver assigned sales goals.
- Supported referral networks of key surgeons and worked with key surgeons to educate referrals on Zimmer products.
- Adhered to all laws and Zimmer policies and SOPs regarding interaction with HCP's (Health Care Professionals), product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities, and training.

Your Background
You must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' proven experience in orthopedic sales, or at least 6 years' proven sales experience in the medical device industry.
Travel Expectations
You can expect to travel up to 95% predominantly by car in your territory.
Compensation Range:
$70,000-$90,000 base salary with sales target bonus.
