What You Can Expect
This position is responsible for the inspection and assembly of product, for providing service support to the field service team, and for distribution packaging and labeling. The role may also provide support to the receiving, replenishing, picking, and shipping functions of the Distribution Center.
This position is first shift, 5 days on-site (M-F), in Olive Branch, MS.
How You'll Create Impact
- Inspect product according to specified characteristics and standard work.
- Assemble product as instructed and according to related procedures.
- Provide service support to the field service team.
- Perform packaging and labeling activities in the Distribution Center.
- Comply with standards to ensure all duties are completed in a timely basis.
- Rotate, as requested, amongst the various functions required to ensure standards are met on a daily basis.
- Adapt to constant changes, including the possibility of shift changes, as directed.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members as well as with the sales force, customer service, and marketing personnel.
- Support cycle counts and audits for inventory.
- Support the review of documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
- Communicate with customers, distributors, and other individuals to answer questions; to disseminate and explain information; to take orders; and to address complaints.
