What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Equipment Coordinator position at Zimmer Tractor?
POSITION SUMMARY: Clean, Move, Inspect equipment so that technician work will flow as smoothly as possible. Perform all work as quickly, efficiently, accurately, and completely as possible to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Ability to safely operate equipment.
Have light mechanical knowledge to be able to service equipment.
SERVICE / REPAIR WORK
Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning the interior and exterior of units, replenishing fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
Place inventory tags on units.
Keep lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Service Manager.
Maintain interior wholegood attachments organized and inventoried.
Adhere to all safety rules, procedures, and practices of the company.
Clean driveways and sidewalks.
Stage equipment for technicians as needed
Help technicians keep a neat and orderly work area.
Utilize all available resources to provide the highest level of customer service possible.
