Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage and maintain the common areas, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide support to paralegals and lawyers as needed and requested
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Skills:
- Front desk experience or similar customer-facing role
- Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and managing paperwork
- Computer literacy with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
- Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
