Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures to optimize inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery of products
- Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies or issues
- Utilize Quick books or similar systems to manage and monitor stock levels
- Implement category management strategies to effectively organize and classify inventory
- Coordinate warehouse and distribution center to ensure smooth operations and efficient movement of goods
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in supply chain management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field experiance (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience in inventory management or related roles
- Strong knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
