T Shirt Printer Heat Press Associate

Responsibilities:

• Multi tasking between assistanting customers
• Operating shirt or hat press
• Maintain clean & tidy workspace
• Be Highly Organized and Self-Motivated
• Operate a manual heat press-printing machine.
• Operate a manual heat press-hat machine.
• Producing garments such as t-shirts and hats with company logos and messaging
• Placement of logos and attention to detail of the finished product
• Packaging and preparing packages to be picked up or shipped
• Printing labels, cutting labels, stickers, ect
• Packaging orders accordingly
• Occasionally will drop packages off at the local post office
• Unbox shirts
• Unbox inventory
• Contact customers for order pickups
• Check customers out when needed

Job Requirements

• Previous screen printing experience/training is required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is required
• Experience with Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks
• Experience with a commercial DTF printer is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Sublimation printing is a plus, but not required
• Experience with T-shirt bleaching is a plus, but not required
• Willing to learn how to bleach shirts
• Willing to learn how to tie dye shirts
• Be flexible and willing to work in other areas
• Motivated individual with previous experience as a printing customer service representative and graphics or similar position in the printing industry with working knowledge of print shop production desirable.
• Must have the ability to work by oneself or as a team in a fast paced environment and have the ability to prioritize work, meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
• Must be able to multi task efficently
• The ideal candidate must also be extremely accurate, detail oriented, organized, with strong interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good typing / keyboard skills, excellent math skills and working knowledge of common computer software.
• Existing knowledge of PNG, PDF, SVG files is a plus.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
