Job Summary :
This role is perfect for a visionary creative leader who excels at conceptualizing, designing, and executing marketing campaigns with an emphasis on video and medical animations. You will act as the creative kickoff lead, ensuring alignment between marketing objectives and compelling visual storytelling. You will also manage projects with team members and collaborate cross-functionally to bring creative projects to life. The successful candidate will also need to take a hands-on approach, driving projects forward individually and collaboratively, owning personal output to enhance product awareness and conversion ensuring digitally efficient marketing.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Creative Strategy & Leadership : Lead creative kickoffs, ensuring alignment of video, animation, and marketing strategy with business goals.
- Video & Animation Production : Create, oversee and contribute to the creation of high-quality video content and medical animations that support digital campaigns.
- Marketing Campaign Development : Manage campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring a cohesive brand message across platforms. Creating content that aligns with the brand and product messaging that is visually pleasing, appropriately created / optimized and targeted to target audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with digital marketing, social media, product management, and medical education teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign goals.
- Team Management : Guide and mentor designers, videographers, and content creators while managing project timelines and workflows.
- Brand Storytelling : Develop engaging visual narratives that elevate our brand and resonate with our audience.
- Campaign Deployment & Performance Tracking : Work with digital marketers to ensure creative assets optimize performance in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Process Optimization : Implement efficient creative workflows, project timelines, and review cycles to enhance team productivity.
