Job Summary :
This HVAC Sr Tech is responsible to maintain, install, move, and repair specialized equipment including heating and air conditioning, ventilators, ice machines and production chillers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain, install, move, troubleshoot, and repair all related HVAC equipment.
- Maintains inventory of filters and refrigerant.
- Responds to heating and cooling problems (repair as necessary)
- Inform supervisor when repairs need to be made by outside vendor or when equipment needs to be replaced.
- Performed related duties or projects as assigned.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance.
- Operates all hand tools HVAC equipment, electrical tools an electrical measuring instrument.
