Senior Tax Analyst

Job Summary

This position will be involved in both direct and indirect tax compliance, global tax provision and accounting, transfer pricing, research, and overall management of tax positions on a domestic basis. This role is intended to provide an individual with a well-rounded tax experience that will build a foundation for continual growth and career opportunities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and / or review tax workpapers and supporting documentation to meet US (Federal, State, and Local) tax compliance requirements.
• Support the quarterly and year-end global tax provision and financial audit deliverables.
• Prepare and / or review and file indirect tax returns for monthly, quarterly and annual filings in the US, and outside the US as required
• Reconcile tax basis fixed assets.
• Review tax account reconciliations and journal entities.
• Review and reconcile tax notices and respond to audit information requests from taxing authorities.
• Research new or existing legislation to present to management for action.
• Assist with global transfer pricing documentation and analyses.
• Support tax planning projects as they arise.
