Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with surgeon customers and accounts to consistently maintain and grow business.
- Territory Management: Outlines, communicates, and delivers on all quarterly sales priorities and commitments.
- Product Knowledge: Develops and maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the needs of surgeon customers and their patients.
- Reporting and Communication: Provides accurate and relevant sales projections on a regular cadence and reports to the relevant sales manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree with 1 years of dental or sales experience.
- Sales and Business Acumen: Proven track-record of building strong, interpersonal business relationships and demonstrating specific, measurable, agreed-upon, realistic, and time-based (SMART) goals to achieve expected sales results.
- Technical Expertise: Ability to quickly and efficiently become proficient in articulating and promoting applicable technology and product information based on the labeling.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
