ZimZee Recruiting is seeking a part-time, fully remote Architect to provide expert oversight on building projects, expansions, and renovations. This role focuses primarily on redlining and stamping architectural plans rather than design ownership. The selected candidate will collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. This position requires 20-25 hours per week, with a salary range of $80K - $100K.

Skills and Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture (preferred)
• 5 years of experience as a licensed Architect with an individual stamp
• Strong commercial architecture experience (not a draftsman role)
• Strong technical skills with an innovative approach to architecture
• Ability to visualize space and apply modern construction technologies
• Knowledge of environmental impact considerations and sustainable design principles
• Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
• Proficiency in architectural software and drafting tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
