Role Description
ZINAD is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Operational Business Partner & Corporate Advisor to oversee and execute all HR and corporate functions for our U.S. operations. This role combines strategic and operational responsibilities, requiring a self-driven professional who can independently handle tasks while ensuring compliance with Delaware-specific and U.S. federal regulations.
While ZINAD maintains a physical office in Wilmington, DE, this role will require the consultant to spend approximately 50% of their time working on-site, with the remaining responsibilities conducted virtually. The successful candidate will serve as the cornerstone for all HR and corporate needs, functioning independently to ensure seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage all HR-related activities, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure full compliance with Delaware and U.S. federal labor and employment laws, as well as corporate policies and standards.
- Administer employee benefits, taxes, insurance, and other employment-related matters with meticulous attention to detail.
Corporate Administration
- Oversee all corporate HR requirements, ensuring readiness and compliance for audits or operational reviews.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and corporate documentation in accordance with local and federal laws.
Recruitment & Workforce Management
- Lead the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, managing job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating onboarding.
- Provide strategic workforce guidance to align talent acquisition and management with organizational goals.
Local Presence & Vendor Relations
- Act as the primary liaison for Delaware-based HR and corporate activities, with availability for in-person meetings when required.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, including insurance providers, clinics, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth service delivery.
Virtual Office Oversight
- Operate independently to manage all HR and corporate functions in a virtual office environment.
- Utilize digital tools to collaborate with stakeholders and maintain efficient workflows for both virtual and physical office needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; relevant HR certifications are strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in a combined operational and advisory HR role, with a track record of managing HR functions independently in a stand-alone capacity.
- Strong understanding of Delaware-specific employment regulations, U.S. labor laws, and corporate compliance standards.
- Expertise in employee relations and workforce management.
- Proficiency in handling employee taxes, insurance, and HR compliance matters.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to conduct in-person meetings and manage on-site tasks in Wilmington, DE, when required.
- Familiarity with advising international companies operating in the U.S.
- Experience in virtual office management, including remote tools and platforms.
