POSITION OVERVIEW :
The role of Director of Marketing is pivotal to ZINC Financial's triumphs. This position holds the key responsibility for crafting and executing our digital marketing strategy, spanning lead generation, SEO, SEM, website management, social media engagement, email drip campaigns, CRM outreach and more. The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record of surpassing lead generation objectives within budget constraints, ultimately driving increased business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement ZINC's comprehensive digital marketing strategy, overseeing the digital paid budget and optimizing cross-platform programs, including websites, SEO, SEM, display advertising, retargeting, social media, and email campaigns.
- Review, track, and report on ROI and KPIs, assessing the effectiveness of all marketing efforts, with a keen focus on incremental return on spend and business impact.
- Identify trends and insights, utilizing data-driven strategies to optimize marketing spend and enhance performance. Employ tools for site performance evaluation, A / B testing, and the development of data-driven business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to create a cohesive client-centric communication plan across all touchpoints, segments, and channels.
- Liaise with technology teams, delivery aggregators, agency partners, and the marketing team to ensure seamless data setup and optimal marketing technology connections for effective segmentation and targeting.
