Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
As an Associate Lawyer at Zinda Law Group, you will:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury lawsuits from intake through trial or settlement
- Draft and respond to motions, utilizing a strong command of litigation strategy and legal procedure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service throughout each case
- Apply your knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP) and Rules of Evidence to develop winning strategies
- Work collaboratively with support staff and fellow trial attorneys to secure life-changing results for our clients
Qualifications for this Attorney Job:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar
- Demonstrated experience drafting motions and handling litigation
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Adept knowledge of trial procedure and legal best practices
- A desire to become an elite plaintiff attorney with a strong work ethic and team mentality
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
