Accounting Manager

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent aerospace manufacture in the Mount prospect, IL area, is seeking a contracted Accountant Manager to join their team for project needs! Accountant Manager Job Summary:
- Responsible for maintenance of accounting systems and modules
- supervise a team of six and oversee the following accounting areas in payroll, customer invoicing, pay card processing, ET
- Meet with the general ledger manager to review applications prepared by staff
- Oversee payroll
- Recording of STI and LTI plans
Accountant Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience with 10 years corporate general accounting experience
- Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong analytical skills and experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience working in an established ERP System.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, third party payroll processing systems and accounting system software a must.
