CNC Programmer Job Overview
- CNC Programming with CAD/CAM software- Master CAM
- Program, set up, troubleshoot, and optimally operate lathe equipment to produce high quality products
- Design and create fixtures as needed for the production schedule
- Perform own basic quality checks
- Perform independent setup and tool selection/installation to job order specifications
- Create and interpret 3D models, technical drawings, etc.
- Assist with training green programmers
- Continuous improvement
CNC Programmer Job Requirements
- 5 years CNC Programming experience
- Ability to create and interpret technical drawings and 3D models using Fusion 360, Solid Works, Creo or Similar software
- Zeiss CMM Contura- Preferred by not required
