Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a eager and focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for handling and managing domestic orders, billing processes, and credit resolutions. You will be the main point of contact for U.S. market in Hawaii and Alaska time zones, providing essential product information, pricing details, and ensuring product availability. A key part of the role is interacting directly with customers and distributors to address order concerns, supply accurate product details, and update delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process and prioritize incoming orders based on customer preferences, available stock, and shipping methods.
• Regulatory Compliance Support: Assist the Corporate Regulatory Compliance team in executing product retrieval processes when necessary.
• Problem-Solving and Research: Manage orders that require specialized attention and analysis, relying on strong problem-solving and research skills.
• Product Expertise: Respond to in-depth customer inquiries regarding products and recommend suitable alternatives when needed.
• Credit and Pricing Support: Handle requests for pricing adjustments, credit authorizations, quote generation, shipment tracking, complaints, and special program inquiries.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience in data entry with a minimum and technological savviness.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work during some holidays when needed.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar field is preferred.
  
  

Additional Information

• Must be able to drive to Warsaw, IN for occasional onsite meetings.
• This position requires coverage for Hawaii/Alaska time zones (Work hours are 1:30 PM EST - 10 PM EST).
• Hourly rate of $25/hr.
