General Assembly Engineer

Overview: As a General Assembly Engineer - Repair, you will be the go-to expert in your area during vehicle launches, handling daily production challenges, and preparing reports and presentations.

• This is a direct hire role in Savannah, GA
• Hours are 8AM-5PM
• Salary range is $75k-$85k/yr
  
  

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority during vehicle launches.
• Address daily production issues.
• Create presentations and reports on project progress.
• Manage labor allocation and project activities like new equipment installation.
• Continuously improve safety, quality, production, cost, and human factors performance.
• Join problem-solving teams.
• Stay current on technical developments and propose new projects.
• Ensure compliance with Business, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of vehicle production experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Engineering or industrial experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
