Maintenance Engineer

Zing Recruiting in partnership with a prominent client in Greeneville, TN seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This position will provide engineering support to the Maintenance Department in the repair and modification of existing equipment, buildings, and grounds by developing the scope of repair work. Secondary focus is to apply engineering concepts to safely optimize equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets to achieve better maintainability, reliability, and availability of equipment.

Maintenance Engineer Job Summary

• $80K - $100K
• Full Time/Direct Hire
• Day Shift
• Benefits: Full Benefits/Vacation/Holiday Pay (Benefits Eligibility on 1st Day of Employment), 401K: up to 6% Match
• Specify, design, and manage the installation of capital projects to improve plant equipment and processes for increased productivity and reduced operating costs.
• Responsible for developing, documenting, and improving preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide technical assistant to Maintenance personnel during troubleshooting and equipment repair.
  
  

Maintenance Engineer Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing, maintenance environment in an engineering or maintenance support role
