Salary: $80,000 to $95,000
Hybrid: 2 to 3 days in office most weeks

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop packaging solutions for new and modified medical products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct packaging material selection, including work with suppliers to acquire and validate materials.
- Lead packaging design verification and validation testing, including distribution simulation and environmental testing to ensure integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Quality Manufacturing and Product Development
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines, ensuring timely execution of packaging activities
- Analyze packaging -related non-conformities and work with teams to implement correct actions
- Master of Science in Packaging Science or closely related field; or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Science
- Experience with medical packaging materials (Tyvek, PE/PET films, PETG trays)
- 2 to 3 years experience in medical or pharmaceutical packaging
- Experience with environmental and regulatory requirements and standards that relate to medical packaging design and testing (ISO 11607, F88, D4169)
- Experience with sterile medical packaging is preferred
