We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities :

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date om file / computer system.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle medical scheduling and assist with insurance verification
