Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Mastercam and SolidWorks to program G-code and create solid models.
- Develop CNC programs for multi-axis machining centers, CNC lathes, and mills.
- Select tools, speeds, and feeds for new parts and oversee the PPAP approval process.
- Design jigs, tools, fixtures, and special equipment for CNC applications.
- Conduct program prove-outs on machines and make necessary corrections.
- Generate process layouts, inspection sheets, and shop manuals.
- Source materials and prepare cost estimates for new projects.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:
Required
- Associate degree or 2-year trade school certification.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
- At least 3 years of CNC programming experience (Mastercam preferred).
- Proficiency in G-code programming and interpreting GD&T.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and quality standards.
Preferred (Not Required, but a Plus!):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS 9100 quality protocols.
- 5-axis milling and multi-axis mill-turn programming experience.
- Knowledge of AIAG PPAP, FMEA, and SPC analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and programming issues in CNC machines, PLCs, and robots.
