Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

An exciting opportunity for a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to join a thriving Manufacturer in Goshen, IN. The 3rd Shift Supervisor will directly supervise and organize production plans and activities of shift workers. Strong servant leadership skills while driving continuous improvements in safety, quality, service level, and cost. Responsible for the direction of the manufacturing process while creating a safe and positive working environment.

3rd Shift - 10:30 pm - 7:30 am

Salary: $65-$75K Depending on Experience

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical schooling preferred or 5 – 10 years progressive manufacturing experience.
• 5 years of experience manufacturing supervision experience.
• 3-5 years Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using IQMS and work order systems preferred.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Company Core Values in every area and process
• Supervise all production operations including indirect areas
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate department activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements, and deliver manufactured products on time.
• Supervise all direct and indirect manufacturing associates.
• 6S auditing – Identify 6S’s and assist with 6S auditing.
• Drive continuous improvement project and initiatives.
• Report all safety hazards, unsafe working conditions, abnormal circumstances, accidents, or other problems to supervision.
• Assign resources to safety initiatives, complete all assigned safety audits.
