Production Supervisor Job Summary

The Production Supervisor will report to the Plant manager and oversee the Liquids/Sanitation departments. You will be responsible for managing a team in direction, coordinating workflow, and evaluating staff throughout employment,

• Provide support, coaching, and direction to manufacturing/production employees.
• Manage workflow and help plan for the materials needed for each days orders.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement planning and implementation.
• Responsible for interviewing and training staff for the department needs.
• ERP system- verify orders are scheduled, completed, and inventory management is handled.
• Write Procedures and SOPs
  
  

Production Supervisor Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 3 years in Production leadership
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
