Salary Range : 80k-100k

Production Supervisor Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will report to the Plant manager and oversee the Liquids / Sanitation departments. You will be responsible for managing a team in direction, coordinating workflow, and evaluating staff throughout employment,
- Provide support, coaching, and direction to manufacturing / production employees.
- Manage workflow and help plan for the materials needed for each days orders.
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement planning and implementation.
- Responsible for interviewing and training staff for the department needs.
- ERP system- verify orders are scheduled, completed, and inventory management is handled.
- Write Procedures and SOPs
