- Day-to-day support to plant staff in developing and maintaining quality objectives through continuous improvement and direct customer coordination.
- Four-year college degree or two-year degree
- 2-5 years Quality Engineering experience with a strong growth pattern in a manufacturing environment
- Ford Automotive Manufacturing Experience
- Strong communications skills and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of hourly and management both inside and outside of the plant
- Strong technical skills.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills as well as statistical process control capability
- Demonstrate knowledge in quality tools.
- Understand/worked in QS-9000 quality system.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
