Quality Assurance Verification Assistant Manager Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Verification Assistant Manager will oversee quality management and verification processes to ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards. This role will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and quality excellence within the company.

Quality Assurance Verification Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the HMGMA quality management system according to ISO9001 standards.
• Provide guidance to employees on ISO9001 requirements and best practices.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.
• Manage ISO9001 certification, coordinating external audits and ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation related to ISO9001 standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on changes to ISO9001 and update the quality management system accordingly.
• Develop and set quality goals and objectives, creating strategies to achieve them.
• Arrange variations in new vehicle inspections and ensure compliance after sign-off.
• Develop and execute test plans for vehicle durability and reliability.
• Analyze test data to identify issues and develop solutions to improve vehicle performance.
• Monitor external industry indices such as IQS and CR, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay current on industry trends and new technologies related to EV durability and testing.
• Work with suppliers and external partners to ensure testing and evaluation requirements are met.
• Continuously improve testing and evaluation processes to maintain industry-leading practices.
  
  

Quality Assurance Verification Assistant Manager Qualifications

• Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry with ISO9001 certification and vehicle testing/durability validation.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including EV, chassis, and electronic systems.
• Understanding of CAN (Controller Area Network) communication systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate in technical English.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred:

• Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with related departments.
