Quality Control Lab Group Leader Summary

Direct Hire/Full Time

Day Shift: 8am-5pm

Pay: $70K

Benefits: Full Benefits/Vacation/Holiday Pay/401K

• Blueprint reading
• Geometric dimensions & tolerances (GD&T)
• Coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
• Optical comparator
• Cut & Etch Weld Analysis & verification of measurement accuracy
• Manual layout using surface plate and related tools
• Supervision of Lab Technicians
• Computer Skills, Excel, Word CAD, PC DMIS
• Conduct or assist in lab training
• Set-up/conduct testing and recording/reporting
• Gage and equipment calibration/control (per IATF Standards)
• Management of Lab Supplies and Vendors
  
  

Quality Control Lab Group Leader Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Gauge R&R
• PCDMIS
• CMM Programming Cut & Etch
• GD&T knowledge
• Strong communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs
